Please Disturb - Open day at the hotel
On Saturday, March 22, 2025, “Please Disturb” once again opened the doors to the most exciting hotels! The event was aimed at young people in the career choice phase and anyone interested in experiencing the hotel and catering industry from a new perspective.
Please Disturb is more than just an ordinary open day - it is the most diverse day of experience in the world of the hotel and catering industry. Visitors have the opportunity to talk to apprentices, vocational trainers, professionals and hotel managers in the individual hotels.
What do the hotel rooms or seminar rooms look like? What typical professional activities characterize everyday life in the hotel industry? At the Please Disturb event, you could experience at first hand how a table is professionally set, how a mixed drink is created or what tricks professionals use on a daily basis.

Congrats!
We would like to congratulate our apprentices on successfully completing their training and are very proud that we were able to accompany these young talents from the region on their journey.

Salome at the NextGen. Hospitality Camp
The NextGen. Hospitality Camp is a special program within the Hospitality Summit, aimed at Generation Z. These young, creative minds will soon bring new ideas to the industry and take on responsibility. During the camp, 24 participants worked on three projects over five days. Their task was to develop innovative ideas and create successful concepts. At the Hospitality Summit, they presented their solutions, shared their experiences, and talked about what motivated them.
We are especially pleased that our third-year Restaurant Specialist apprentice, Salome Gauch, had the opportunity to participate in the NextGen. Hospitality Camp. This provided her with a valuable opportunity to showcase her creativity and innovation and to benefit from the experiences of other young talents. We are extremely proud!
